Making a purchase on Switchopen is fast, easy & safe.

You will be required to register on our website before making a purchase and payment can be taken using PayPal. PayPal enables you to purchase by using either a PayPal account or by using any major credit card.

In the free sign-up process you will be asked to provide various information about yourself and this is safely stored so you do not have to re-enter any of that information on future visits.

Registering for the first time and making a purchase

1) From our main page click on 'Login' and then on 'Register'
2) Enter a username of your choice and a valid working e-mail address. Click 'Create new account'
3) Your password and further instructions will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided
4) Once your e-mail has arrived click on 'Login' and enter your chosen username and the password exactly as it appears in the e-mail. Please note: You an change the automatically generated password to one of your choice after your first login by clicking on 'edit'
5) Browse our items for sale and place them in your shopping cart
6) When you are happy with your choices click on 'Checkout'
7) You will be asked to provide your shipping address. Please fill in at least all fields marked with a red asterisk and click 'Create new address'
8) You will see that your new address is automatically selected. Click on 'Continue'
9) PayPal is our default payment method so click on 'Continue'
10) You will now be presented with a summary of the order you are about to place. Click on 'Place your order' to be re-directed to the PayPal secure payment page
11) Choose your payment option on the PayPal page to complete your purchase

Already registered? How to purchase from our website

1) Browse our items for sale and place them in your shopping cart
2) When you are happy with your choices click on 'Checkout'
3) Enter your username and password when prompted
4) Click on 'Checkout' again
5) Click 'Continue' on the next 2 pages
6) You will now be presented with a summary of the order you are about to place. Click on 'Place your order' to be re-directed to the PayPal secure payment page
7) Choose your payment option on the PayPal page to complete your purchase
