I was recently commissioned by Neighbourhoodmusic to design a logo and identity for their music promotion company. The brief was to produce a logo and identity that had to stretch across the social outlets the company uses to promote their music gigs and events.
The music promotion company, puts on gigs in London and Brighton, and I wanted to reflect the diverse venues the company puts on in each town and city, so I illustrated a cityscape leading through a park on in to the suburbs, reflecting the company's areas of interest for gigs.
Alongside the landscape, I designed a company logo that would fit in to social media platforms (such as Instgram, Facebook and Twitter) In this day and age it is a must to have a logo that is easily recognizable and memorable. The logo evolved from research in to UK street signs.
