Last Saturday, 7th November, I had the great pleasure of meeting a man called Nick Alexander at the Eagles of Death Metal gig at the Ritz in Manchester.

We had a few laughs because I was late getting to the venue due to traffic. Nick was very pleased and relieved that I had finally got there with my official EODM tour print, which he sold at the venue.

He was a really cool guy! Poster artists like me really rely on people like Nick to promote and sell our work.

On Friday 13th November, Nick Alexander died doing his job selling merch at the Bataclan concert theatre in Paris. I still can't believe that this has happened and I feel so sad beyond words for him and everyone else caught up in this terrible nightmare. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you Nick, I feel proud to have met you and thank you for selling my work.

All profits from the sale of my EODM print will now go to the Nick Alexander memorial fund. Alternatively, you can donate straight to the memorial fund in the link above.

I am pleased to announce that I have produced the official Eagles of Death Metal Manchester gig poster for their current tour.

The US rock band will be appearing at the Manchester venue the Ritz on the 7th November. The limited edition Screen printed poster will be available to purchase at the gig, and then for sale here on my website from the 8th November onwards.

A 3 colour limited edition of 120 prints. Hand printed, and numbered. Size - A2 (59.4 cm x 42 cm) The illustration is based upon my love of patches. When I set out producing sketches for ideas, I imagined a patch for the band that summed up their current album "Zipper Down" in one patch.

I went around the houses and arrived back at the simple Zipper icon. As one of the album tracks mentions in 'Complexity' - Keep it simple!
